Four steps to becoming a CMCian.
Submit Your Requirements
Complete the application form and submit your supporting documents in person at the Office of the Registrar, or by email to registrar@cmcbohol.edu.ph.
What you'll need
- Accomplished CMC Application Form
- Form 137 (original) or certified true copy
- PSA-issued Birth Certificate
- Two (2) recent 2×2 ID photos
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
Take the Entrance Test
The CMC College Admissions Test (CCAT) covers English proficiency, mathematical reasoning, and general aptitude. Test schedules are posted on our official Facebook page (@cmcbhl) at the start of each admission cycle.
How to find the schedule
- Follow facebook.com/cmcbhl
- Watch for the official CCAT announcement post
- Bring two (2) valid IDs and your test permit
- Results released within 7 working days
Interview & Orientation
Qualified applicants attend a brief interview with their intended Program Head, followed by a campus orientation introducing CMC's academic culture, facilities, and the family of CMCians.
What to expect
- 15-minute interview with Program Head
- Brief campus tour with Student Affairs
- Q&A with current CMCian student leaders
- Parents and guardians warmly invited
Enroll & Begin
Pay the minimal miscellaneous fee receive your Student ID and class schedule, and welcome — Magsadya kita!
Enrollment days
- Enrollment dates announced each semester
- Watch our Facebook page for the official schedule
- Late enrollment fee waived for valid causes
- Orientation week precedes the start of classes
